Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Carry Minata mobile app, operated by CognitiveSquad. By using the App you agree to them.

1. Free to play

Carry Minata is free. There are no purchases, no ads, and no virtual currency. Scores, streaks and league standings are for fun and have no monetary value.

2. Accounts

• You may play as a guest or link a Google or Apple account.
• One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.
• Your handle must not impersonate others or be offensive; we may change it.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, use automation or modified clients, or manipulate leaderboards or leagues. We may remove scores or suspend accounts that do.

4. Availability

The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep online features available but do not guarantee it, and may change or discontinue features at any time. Solo play works offline.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CognitiveSquad is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion).
