Delete your Carry Minata account

You can permanently delete your Carry Minata account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

• Open Carry Minata and go to Settings.
• Under Privacy, tap Delete account and confirm.
• The App removes your data from our servers, signs you out and wipes everything on the phone. You need a connection for this step.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@cognitivesquad.com from the account you signed in with, or include your handle. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your handle, avatar and sign-in (the Google or Apple link too).
• Run history, scores, streaks, leaderboard rows, league memberships, Vault items and push tokens.
• Duels you played keep their result for the other player, with your name replaced by “Deleted player”.
