Delete your Ludo Free Play account

You can permanently delete your Ludo Free Play account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

• Open Ludo Free Play.
• Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen).
• Under Account, tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@cognitivesquad.com from the Google account you signed in with (or include your Player ID), with the subject “Ludo Free Play account deletion”. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, avatar, linked Google identity).
• Coins, gems, XP, level and all purchased cosmetic items.
• Statistics, achievements, missions, match history and leaderboard entry.
• Referral code and referral history.

What is retained

• Purchase records held by Google Play / the Apple App Store are managed by those stores under their own policies — we retain only anonymised receipt hashes needed to prevent fraud (they contain no personal data).
• Abuse reports filed by other players may be retained in anonymised form for safety enforcement.

Note: virtual currency and purchases are forfeited on deletion and cannot be restored or refunded (see our Terms).
