Common questions

Does it work offline?

Yes. Deep Dives and Drills work fully offline. Today's Daily is downloaded up to two days ahead, so a Daily played offline still counts once you reconnect. Leagues, duels and the boards need a connection.

Why does a league or duel ask me to link an account?

Anything involving other people needs a Google or Apple sign-in so a person cannot hold a pile of guest accounts. Your name stays private; only your handle is shown.

What are Vault pings?

Every code you carried in a run comes back as a notification 3 hours, 1 day, 3 days and 7 days later. Answer from the notification or in the Vault screen. You can switch them off or change the hour of the daily reminder in Settings → Notifications.

I lost my progress

Progress is tied to your account. Link a Google or Apple account in Settings to keep it across devices; a guest account lives on one device only.

How do I delete my account?

In the App: Settings → Delete account. Details on the Account Deletion page.
