Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ludo Free Playmobile app and the games on this website (together, the “Services”), operated by CognitiveSquad. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Play-money only

All coins, gems and prize pots in the Services are virtual play-money with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, cashed out or transferred for real money or anything of value outside the Services. The Services are games of entertainment, not gambling.

2. Accounts

• You may play as a guest or link a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Creating accounts to farm referral or mission rewards is prohibited.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Services.

3. Purchases

• Optional in-app purchases (coin packs, gem packs, bundles) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their payment terms.
• Virtual items are consumed on delivery and are non-refundable, except where required by law or by the store’s own refund policy.
• Prices may change; the store price shown at purchase time applies.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation, bots or modified clients;
• harass or abuse other players in chat;
• attempt to manipulate matchmaking, leaderboards or the virtual economy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including forfeiting virtual balances obtained through abuse.

5. Availability

The Services are provided “as is”. We work to keep them online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CognitiveSquad is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). Virtual balances are forfeited on deletion.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app or here.
